Semilla Consulting was born from a simple conviction: learning, leadership, and equity must be culturally grounded to create real change.
Semilla means “seed” and my work is about planting the seeds of growth, equity, and lasting change.
Our mission is to provide impactful workshops, trainings, and facilitation that center on social impact, workforce development, and the needs of underrepresented communities, including Hispanic/Latinx culture and women’s leadership. As a social impact consultant, we believe that fostering inclusive workplaces is key to enhancing employee retention and creating lasting change.
